"I am so happy that I took an emotional leap of faith to start Jen’s program. I had recently had my second baby and I was in a really hard spot when it came to loving my body again and I definitely was not taking care of my body the way I needed to be. I think I may be Jennifer‘s oldest client. I started the program with her when I was 69. I had been retired for 11 years and was becoming very lazy in my physical respect and had gained more weight than I really wanted. It was becoming very difficult to try to Keep my weight down and stay motivated. I needed help but was afraid to try another fad diet.  I knew If I want to make this really work that I need a life change. Quick fixes never have worked in any aspect of my life.  

 

I will testify to anyone that this wellness program is very well thought out and put together. They are not selling anything except trying to help see yourself in a new light and get your mind on the ideas and things that you need to change to be better.

"Before working with Jen, I struggled to not be critical of myself. Jen helped me learn that being critical of myself was getting me nowhere. Now I try to remember that I am not expected to be perfect and that people will accept me as I am.

 

My biggest breakthroughs in Brain Boss to Weight Loss was both learning about nutrition, and macros in particular, and how to deal with adversities when they arise. I definitely have a more positive/accepting/growth mindset, even when I am struggling with something. 

 

I learned to take each day as it comes or take each moment as it comes. Rome wasn't built in a day and changing habits, mindset, etc. is difficult, but possible! I definitely feel like I made the right decision learning from Jen."

I loved doing Happy Healthy Holidays with Jen! I was so happy I was able to lose 5lbs in December this year! I attribute much of that to HHH! I loved waking every morning and getting on Instagram to see what she was saying. I also really enjoyed the weekly coaching calls. I wasn’t able to attend them all but it was great replaying them. Jen was so knowledgeable and motivating! If you’ve met her you know how great she is! She has things broken down and organized so it’s very clear and easy to do!
