Personal Health Coaching

You're more likely to achieve goals using a process that uses data and evidence - not fads and hype. While the way to a healthy lifestyle includes the same basic principles, personalized health coaching takes into account you as an individual and your psychological, physiological, environmental, and social factors so we can build customized strategies and plans to achieve a sustainable healthier lifestyle in your life.

Getting Started

The first step is a FREE connection call. Click the button below to get on my schedule for 30 min. We'll talk about what you want to make happen, and why you might be stuck. We will talk timeline and costs, which vary depending on your goals. Whether we work together after that depends on if we both think it’s a good fit! 

How it works

When you become a client, we will meet once a week for 60 min. We will work together for a minimum of three months. Each week we collaborate on reaching your weight loss and health goals, including identifying roadblocks and triggers. We partner on how to implement your plan of action and I hold you accountable to what you decide to do.

Change isn’t easy, especially if you don't have a support system. But you don’t have to do this on your own! I'm a firm believer in coaching because we can address your specific needs in a matter of months.

With coaching, you can expect to gain confidence as you learn how to take control of your health and lose the weight for good.

How can I be sure that I'll get results?

Your results are up to you. If you haven't seen success in the past, you may have been missing the roadmap and support you've needed. When you become my client, you won't walk the path alone. We will construct a plan specifically for you and work it together. The difference comes from partnering with a coach who helps fight for your goals when you aren’t your strongest! What if I struggle to spend money on myself?

This is a biggie! A lot of women struggle with this. It’s a sign that you are neglecting yourself in some ways. Often women put themselves last on the list of priorities, even for spending. It might require a shift in how you see yourself and your value. I can help you there too!

I believe investing in yourself is completely worth it! YOU are worth it! If you've spent money on your career, continuing education, classes, courses and self-improvement without batting an eye, you can spend the  money to finally have the breakthrough you want. And, the improvement in your health will not only benefit you, but your family! You’ll have more energy and show up better for your kids and your spouse will love getting his wife back!

How do I know if I'm ready? 

You might be hesitant because change is work. Not doing anything is easier than making the choice and putting in the work. Your brain doesn’t like work and it doesn’t like change! In fact, when you want to do something new and challenging, it will tell you all the reasons you shouldn't do it. I’ll teach you how to take the small steps that will bring you big results. I’ll help you identify your roadblocks and triggers to get you unstuck.
